This wouldn't have happened to me. I never pass a donut shop without stoping.

Ok, so this raises another question.
Based on the orginal post:
going along minding my own bussness then some in the left lets someone go you guessed it into a dunkin DONUTS right in front of me!!!!! POW!!!!! shatterd wrist. I have not seen the bike Yet.

So this was a cop that pulled out in front of you?

Get well my friend, and let us know what you need for your bike. Maybe some of us can get out yur way and help ya rebuild her.If you still cant ride in September, trailer it to Coots,and build it then?? Just an idea

going to see the bike today. i need to stop by the police station and get the report and release. i hope the damage is not too bad. i'll try to put up a picture if thats not too strange. (dont want to pass on the bad luck)

Not bad luck to let us see what we can help with. Kinda like group cycle insurance...need pictures for estmate.

Heal quick and hope the bike isn't too bad. Lots of the guys have parts I'm sure they'll help out, let us know what you need

update. the wrist is painfull but getting better.
now for the Road*.
here is what i found out sofar.
front fender is junk,
front rim is junk,
fork tins need to be replaced,
i have to take the forks off to see if they are straight.
front brake lever snapped off.
front brake master cyl(mirror thread)broke off inside.
gas tank, big dent on right side from the forks going to far.
this was a slow speed impact. about 25 mph.
the insurance company totaled the bike.
now do i rebuild it or get another one and swap parts?
