Celina 2017 Shirt Orders

Just open the sheet and add your name and what you want, IN THE CORRECT COLUMN .

We'll ask everyone to verify before the orders go in.
We're shooting for June 13th at this point, so not much time left.

The Eagles shirt guy will be doing them local this year. I don't know costs yet but don't see why the $15 for short or long sleeve won't work. (Proceeds to the Eagles..)

For a change of pace, I have 3 colors listed, so make sure you scroll across and have the correct heading for your order.
Lets see if that works out, or we go back to only black next year.

I have to confirm how man XX he'll go up to, but we'll get the ball rolling.

If you have any issues accessing the spreadsheet, just ask me or anyone else to enter the information for you.

We'll have to keep moving on the orders, probably don't have much more than a week.

It has been a bit of a challenge, but spoke to J.J. with the Eagles and am lining up with her T-shirt vendor the shirts this year.

I figure instead of ordering extra shirts to raffle and donate to the Eagles, cut out the middle man let them work with their vendor for our shirts.

I'm thinking it would be nice to offer different colors, and am waiting to hear on the artwork and available shirt colors.

We'll track the orders in the same thread as the Attendance list: 2017 Celina M&G - June 23, 24, 25 - Celina, OH


Don't put anything in yet, hopefully Monday we'll have the artwork, we ant to go back to something other than the all white we had last year for the design. And the design determines what color shirts will be available.(Red fonts on a red shirt won't work)

I would recommend that you dedicate this thread to the shirt order. The discussions regarding the shirts will get lost in the general banter about the meet.

Also will you have extras for the FB guys attending to be able to buy?

I'm trying to get out of the shirt business here. I jumped in last year, and ordered a few extra to donate to the Eagles to raffle off.

The plan here is to give it to the Eagles and let them make a few bucks as donations for handling this.

I did offer to publicize the shirts and collect the orders here.

As for the Facebook guys, it's the same as the Attendance list, they should have access to it even if they do not want to become forum members.

They can update the Attendance list so we know who and how many are attending, and for name tags, and order their shirts there.

No plans on shipping anything at this point, so it is for people that are attending.

Adding all these would be a lot of columns, let me know what needs to be added for the larger sizes,
or if you promise not to screw up the whole sheet, you can add it..

So are the shirts gonna be $15.00? If so mine would be a total of $17.50 being a 4X correct?

$17.50 tops.
(not sure if they will just make them 1 price for the sake of simplicity, but we know there is an extra $2.50 in there on the cost side)
