Good deal. Now, the best thing to do is take it off, box it up, sell it and buy a Reckless as quick as you can.

+1 I put one of those on my buddy's bike and had to trim and cut the inner fairing to fit the outer fairing. It was ridiculous and a lot of work that should have been corrected by the maker of the fairing. He should have spent a couple extra $$ for a reckless that many here have mounted right out of the box with no modifications or problems. My painter even said it was a pc of shit that he had to straighten out before he painted it.

I had one of the USA Trailer ones. POS. Complete PITA to get it to go together. Put it next to a Reckless and you can really tell the difference. Reckless' customer service is excellent and the peace of mind and difference in quality is worth the extra few dollars IMO.

I'm sure it will be fine if you're patient and willing to put in a little effort to save some bucks.. I was trying to mount it before the first ride of the year. I should have saved it for a day after I had some riding in and was not in a rush to get out. As I said, I'm less than patient, great with direct bolt ups with no modifications necessary. Anything beyond that will usually result in loss of blood ( always mine), kids in the neighborhood learning new cuss words ( picture Ralphies dad working on the furnace) and many empty beers.

So I'll try again before I sell it for 25 bucks.

Got it on the bike in about 10 minutes this morning. I read somebody assembled it then tightened it up through the speaker holes. Boom all done.

Now when it's time for the radio and speakers that may be a different story.
