Bunch of new parts ordered 3 Years, 8 Months ago
I have a 04' Midnight and I just ordered a bunch of stuff from SS Custom and I have stock jetting at this point. I currently have the Road House Duallies but plan on putting on the Freedom Amendment Slash Outs in a few months (don't know if it matters). I ordered the Hardtimes air kit ( Basically a screaming eagle) along with a ported manifold. I also ordered a Pingel hi-flow petcock and a grizzly 660 needle valve for going pumpless and a jet kit. So How should I jet me setup?

Did you get the Barons jet kit from Shane? Follow his advice on the main jet. Barons will have you jetting much too rich, at least that was my experience using the SSC classic big air kit. The air kit instructions included Shane's jetting recommendation. I never had a fuel flow problem using the stock petcock, but be sure to vent the gas cap.

What are your plans for your duals? I would be interested in purchasing them off you if the price is right! I too am in Washington state.

also on 4th clip with plastic spacer and 1 washer under it on needle. once i know im set right for jetting im also going pumpless, i already have all of the parts to do so, but don't want to do 2 different things fuel related at same time so if there is a problem its easier to diagnose.

I do plan on doing things one at a time just to be sure. I know I have had a jet issue for some time honestly just a little nervous lol. The PO had the road houses put on along with a k&n filter and never rejetted. I have carb cough issues.I never really thought about removing the fuel pump then I removed my AIS a few days ago and realized how good the motor looked.

75Kona the duals are blacked out with ceramic header paint but should probably be powder coated ($125) . When I get them off they are yours if you come pick them up.
