#656781 75kona (User) Platinum Boarder Posts: 1153 WA to WY 4 Years, 7 Months ago   This Saturday I will be going on my first long ride. From Orting WA through Montana to Buffalo WY and back through Southern Id. A total of about 2500 miles not counting the side trips and miles in Yellow Stone. We will be on the road for 7 days. I have had the R* packed and unpacked probably a dozen times in the last week just to make it perfect. I think I have everything but will let you know what I forget when I get back. I’m hoping this is going to be a great experience. Have a happy 4th tomorrow everyone! You'll have so much fun. I've been fortunate enough to do a week long trip like that each year for the last 4 years. How many of you are going? What route will you take out of yellowstone through southern idaho? The sawtooths and scenery makes for great riding. There will be a total of three of us going. Once we are done riding throughout Yellow Stone we will head south through Jackson WY west on hwy 26 to Idaho Falls the further south throu Twin Falls ID.
