Always pack. Doesn't matter where I am. Legal in most places I go, avoid the places I'm not (if possible) and don't let it bother me if I gotta go. I've never been randomly searched by a cop and I figure if I end up shooting someone, the least of my worries are whether or not I had permission from a socialist state to excercise my God given right to protect myself. I'll leave home without a Visa card but never w/o a pistol.

20 foot rule a person with a knife in the hand can travel 20 feet and cut you before you can draw your gun and shoot or the 20 foot rule that most states have that says if the threat is 20 feet away from you you can not shoot due to the fact you can get away. here in az it is 30 feet.please if you are going to say something be clear.i am a combat vet was in law enforcement a few years back have taken a 45acp to the vest just below the trama plate have received more training then most. i can tell you a bad guy fears an armed victom more the he/she fear the police

Yes..I always carry but then I can due to being an LEO. But I believe everyone who can, should. I may need you as backup one day when I'm getting my brains kicked in by some dirtbag!

Want to hear something crazy I recently flew to New Mexico on vacation, I could carry my .40 Glock on the plane but not my mini Leatherman....what is wrong with our country!!!!!

It's a weird line for me. I ride to work here in Az everyday. I never carry when riding to work. I always carry when out for a cruise though. Not sure what my thinking is but there have been a few times when my reaction to a cager's unexplained intentions have benefitted from me not being heavily armed.

Most times I carry something, either my Mom's little 38, or my XDM 40. It depends, if the wife is riding with me or not. If I just run to town and back I don't.

Well an old retired law enforcement officer told me once, "Better to be caught with one when you didn't need it than without one when you do"!!!! I don't carry a gun but this does make a lot of sense!!!
