#1014240 Bee Farmer (User) Gold Boarder Posts: 994 Stratoliner help 8 Months, 2 Weeks ago   Going to look and ride an 06 Strat Saturday morning. Guy is asking $5600. It has 6200 miles and has been kept in his garage has OME windshield and hard bags with the locking system. Strat guys give an opinion. Rode an 07 today with 35,000 miles that was really well kept, the guy had a folder of every receipt on every service. Was asking $5500. The thing rode magnificently! It wasn't my style of a ride, so I sold it, but if they're half as tough as an R*, and they most certainly are, you're not likely to go too far wrong with either one, if that's your style of bike! That might be worth a trip. Can't recall if it applied to the 2007's. Something to consider. I suppose if I was interested in touring, Id have loved it... but, I don't; not at all! The Road Star is dead... Love live the Road Star!
