I have three chrome brake calipers to assemble and install along with new replacement Gafler brake lines. The old ones turned black and they sent replacements to me gratis since they are guaranteed for life. Then the new Avon rear tire goes on along with the lowering links on my roadwing. Replacing the ball milled swing arm bolt covers with non-balled milled ones. New polished stainless bolts with the Allen bolt caps on the engine. New brake pads all around. Replacing the Kuryakyn shifter pegs with new o ring style to match my Lindbar o ring highway pegs. Then finally converting the tail lights to running/turn signals. By that time it should be time for spring rides.

Ride it. There's only a few weeks were it's too cold here. As long as it's dry out.

We ride year round down here in SW Florida. Probably have to wear long pants and a light jacket for those really cold days though. Poor me.

Getting the trans recall done next month. Going back to rattle can satin black with gold trim. Not sure on design yet.I figure going back to black will look better and increase performance. A win-win. Bob

Cobra 2 into 1 Power Pro exhaust, K&N filter in a poor mans BAK, pumpless, Barons jetting kit, Curts ported manifold and do the starter spin repair procedure.
Ive had some of this stuff for many months. The game plan is to install sometime between now and next spring

Got a call from the dealer yesterday and the parts are in for the tranny recall so I will take the bike over today or tomorrow.
I will have them check to see if it has the upgraded oil pump gear and I think I need to re-jet the carb but I assume the dealer is very expensive on that. I am also thinking of going pumpless but will decide after I put some more miles on.
It was 37° this morning so I am still tying to decide if I will ride the bike 60 miles to the dealer or be a wuss and trailer it.
