I'm now punpless with no filter with the 3.0 float valve installed and upgraded the starter wiring which turns the engine over nicely. I have also order some parts for the bike to finish it off. Like the fuel tank flange bolt, 2 washer, and the crown nut plus the v-star 650 bracket for the choke. I also ordered 2 bronze bushings and shims for the roadwing shock upgrade. All parts should be in by at least Tuesday. I will also have to buy the wiring harness from Gonzo because I like simple installs. Have fun guys and thanks for the inputs on this matter.
