Well it appears as of now there are at least 3 rooms at the Country Inn reserved by Clinic attendees for Oct 5, 6, & 7. If anyone other "non-campers" are on the fence about going and want a warm and/or air conditioned place to shower and sleep, there should be 8 rooms left. If I did MAPS correctly this is only about 2.2 miles from the Park Camping. You will probably be able to hear the sirens from the hotel. . . .

PS: Thad, you best be getting your bike fixed or you may be riding Bitch with Phil to lead the ride tour.

After reading this I think you should call that motel and tell them you also need a room for the 3nd 3rd and 4th but dont tell Phil about the early arrival.

Thought I should post this here too....

Octobers entertainment.... Just for fun we should raid your shop Thad, bring some air tools and shim stock to LeatherWood and rework my 'rocker shaft : carrier shaft'. We would have to start after dark of course and work mostly by fire and flashlight, which adds to the LeatherWood legend. Yep I think testing Ricks, aka pistonscuffers, top-end noise reduction technique would be a great lesson for those who dare the dark. Just so long as I'm running again within a few minutes of the time Kai drops the AM flag I'm good.

If not the top-end chatter (which really doesn't bother me but I wouldn't mind if it was quieter) I do volunteer my ride as victim to something educational and fun. What maintenance do I need (well considering I don't do any ALOT)....
Maybe I'll bring some oil and a filter and change it! Some may recall I did that in route to Celina a few years ago (that's Bob for the garage space and Kai for the direction!!).

JD you wanna lead the lesson on changing my fork oil outdoors?
Jim could show us all how to change an ignition.
Mike should teach us how to find all those chrome unicorns!!!
Pineapple (will he ride again??) could speak of roadrash and high-test (we missed you last year!!).
And Dewayne.... You sir should illustrate some of the finer nuances of making seafoam.
Trish.... You definitely have to lead us in salsa making.

And that's just scratching the surface of the talent there... So many with so much to contribute! Thank you all for the memories!!!

Now Thad get you head screwed on straight, we need you!!!
I'm so very much looking forward to the excellent caliber of riding the area has to offer. Year one was very good, year two was GREAT, I know year three will be one for the record books!!!

Ride safe or stay home ~Phil
