I'm thinking of trying to get down there early this year to get some more time in the Ozarks.

How early?

Tuesday or Wednesday

I'm not sure Joe (KS Victory guy) would be able to get off that early. Right now we are planning on heading out at first light on Thursday should be there mid afternoon. You might be able to talk Phil into coming that early. In that amount of time, you guys could have BOTH of your bikes in pieces before we all roll in!

Haven't been on the Pig Trail, but did ride on a lot of Scenic Hwy 7. Lots of curves, awesome views, up hills, down hills, deer in the fields, and at the time I went, wonderful weather. I was there in 2014 at the Ozark Mountain Gathering with the Intruder Alert group when I had an Intruder 1400. Stayed at the Hub. nice motel and restaurant there. Used to be an amusement park there based on the Lil' Abner comics. Closed years ago, got some really creepy pics of it all run down.
Hope to get enough saved to get to Eureka Springs, always wanted to get out on those roads again.

I agree with JD and Phil. Las years sunday ride was awesome. Small group and easy to keep track of. Blowing by that Sportster was awesome.
I need to know how early the early birds will be here. I'm hoping to get a day or two off work this year.

Thad, you scheduled the M&G for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. You do not need to worry about having to take extra time off to entertain those of us that show up early for a little extra riding - at least my opinion. Would be great to spend time with you, but do not feel obligated. What is the worst that could happen if we are left to our own resources? Maybe you just get a call or two for bail money . . . .

You know better than that Thad, We are more than likely to all get lost in the hills and miss 1/2 the M&G without ya guiding - just did not want you to feel obligated to be responsible for us.

Took me a while to find hwy 7, 200 miles of Looks like fun - but this flatlander will be riding at the back and catch up when he can, LOL Got to remember, the only curves we have here are the on / off ramps at the highway crossings!

I've thought about super slabbing it to Hot Springs and taking 7 all the way up on the way in.
