West Coast (Redding) Big Bike Weekend / Oct 6-8th 7 Months ago
Curious if anyone's planning to attend this event this year. Russ Brown, HD & Yamaha sponsored at the Shasta District Fairgrounds. Escorted ride across Shasta Dam, live music, stunt bikes, bike contest, test your bike skills, and bunch of other stuff.

CT,

I think the weekend before that is Street Vibrations and a few of us are meeting in Reno for that. Might be a little tough to hit Reno one weekend and the head all the way up to Redding the following.

Maybe think about meeting up with us in Reno.

Sounds good. I'll talk to the guys at work. About five of us were thinking of doing one or the other. Would be 3 roadstars and 2 HD's in my group if everyone can go. Sorry about the Harley's... they would just be "admirers" tagging along.

I used to live in Redding for about ten years and it might be fun to head up there again. It's actually an interesting ride from Las Vegas if you go the back way all the way up, around 650 miles. Reno might be fun as well. Weather can be tricky at altitude in October but should still be manageable in early October. I'll probably wait until closer to the events to decide which to take in, weather permitting. Don't think I'd want to attempt both unless I got creative and shot up into Oregon between the events and hit Redding on the way back.

Hmmmmm....

Sounds like there will be a few Clinic members in Reno for Street Vibrations this year. We should see who's definitely going as we get closer, and then exchange our contact info.
