Huge number of proposals for the European Green Deal Call

The Horizon 2020 Green Deal Call, with the aim to support research and innovation projects on the European Green Deal, has closed. EASME received 788 proposals in relation to the 10 topics we manage out of the 20 topics of the European Green Deal Call, for the amount availabe of €483 million. The total indicative budget of the EU Green Deal call is around €1 billion.

EASME will now involve external experts for the evaluations of the proposals. The results will be communicated to the applicants within 5 months.
Grant Agreements are expected to be signed within 8 months from the 27 January deadline and the projects will start in autumn 2021.
