Croatia latest country to join declaration on digitalisation for European agriculture and rural areas

Croatia joined 25 other EU countries in committing to take action to support a successful digitalisation of agriculture and rural areas in Europe

On 30 April, Croatia became the latest country to join the declaration on a smart and sustainable digital future for European agriculture and rural areas.

The declaration, launched on Digital Day 2019, brings together EU countries to harness the potential of digital technologies in the agri-food sector and rural areas. It aims to use these technologies to help tackle important and urgent economic, social, climate and environmental challenges.
