George A. Smathers Libraries, University of Florida

Seven campus libraries comprise the University of Florida's George A. Smathers Libraries and include the Architecture & Fine Arts, Education, Library West (humanities and social sciences), Marston Science, Music, Neuharth Journalism & Communications, and Smathers libraries. Reference lists are collected and matched internally from more than 570 journals, and citation data for journals, authors, articles and reviews are provided. US GPOThe United States Government Publishing Office, under the guidance of the Superintendent of Documents and Managing Director, Library Services & Content Management, is responsible for keeping the public informed about the activities of its Government by providing free or low-cost access to information published by the U.S. Congress, Federal Agencies, and the Federal Courts. Thousands of titles are available for sale to the public through the U.S. Government Online Bookstore and the Consumer Information Center in Pueblo, CO. Federal Information is also made available at the more than 1,100 Federal depository libraries nationwide. GPO’s Federal Digital System provides online access to titles on GPO servers, as well as titles on other Federal Web sites. The organization is also responsible for cataloging and indexing government information and providing information dissemination services to other Federal agencies on a reimbursable basis.
