The Didsbury and District Museum is located at 2118 - 21 Avenue in Didsbury. The hours of operation are 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday to Saturday in July and August; in the winter months the hours are 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday to Friday, and Saturdays by appointment. The governing authority is the Didsbury and District Historical Society. There is no admission fee though donations are gratefully accepted.

The collection at the museum includes an old physician's office, an early railway, and a 1906 school classroom. There are artifacts from the military and various sports and clubs. There are also representations of local businesses from the past, and domestic displays. The museum also features a Native Heritage collection. Each year the museum hosts an Annual Christmas Supper and an Annual Spring Banquet, and afternoon teas are held on the first Thursday of every month.

The Didsbury and District Museum does not currently offer specific education programs; however, tours are always available for students. Contact the museum for further information.
