Within the Informatics section, you will find:

Boreal Tidbits – interesting and somewhat obscure facts about the region known as the Boreal Forest, the people who live there, and the traditions of those people.

Canoes – Interesting facts about the various types of canoes. Click on the link to view assorted images of canoes.

Cree Dictionary – learn the Cree equivalents of some English words.

Glossary – the glossary contains a number of terms relating to the Boreal Forest region, its people, and their traditions.

Maps - Within this section you will find maps of Canada, western Canada and historical trade routues. In addition, there are two maps illustrating the locations of specific Aboriginal groups and Aboriginal languages in Alberta.

Plant Name Chart - An alphabetical list highlighting key names and terms.
