Dennis Wagner, Royal Canadian Air Force (Retired) The legacy of the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan (BCATP) in Alberta may not be obvious to many, but is rich to one who is looking. Monuments have been erected at many of the former sites, standing firm as reminders of what once was. Other sites remain active and important in the world of aviation.
