CF-ABK Junkers W34

 

A photograph of a CF-ABK Junkers W34 of the Canadian Airways. Pilot Stan McMillan and Engineer Fred Little flew charters to May, Whitehorse, Carcross, Dawson etc in the Yukon. Due to an early freeze in the fall of 1932 the aircraft which was on floats is caught in the ice at Carcross, Yukon with the river boat Tutshi in the background. This picture is in a brushed silver metal frame measuring 20 inches by 24 inches. Photo by Shipley Photo Services.
