Claim.—1. A device of the character described comprising a base plate, a retaining clamp on the base plate, flanges on the base plate, a retaining clamp having a screw extending through one of the flanges and designed to retain a can, jar, bottle, or the like, against the other clamp.

5. A device of the character described comprising a base plate, flanges at opposite ends, a screw extending through one of the flanges, a face plate having a swivelling connection with the screw, a retaining clamp connected to the base comprising an L-shaped arm, and a clamping screw extending through the arm.

8. A device of the character described comprising a base plate, flanges at opposite ends of the base plate, a diamond-shaped reinforcement on one of the flanges, a screw extending through the reinforcement, a face plate having a swivelling connection with the flange, a retaining clamp secured to the base, and a diamond-shaped reinforcement on the face plate.
