Description:
WHAT WE CLAIM AS OUR INVENTION IS:-
1. In a grain door, the combination with the door opening of a car, of a plurality of horizontal hinged sections one of which is capable of swinging inwardly and outwardly, means for securing said sections to close the door opening, and means for holding said sections clear of the door opening.
2. In a grain door, the combination with the door opening of a car, of a pair of door sections hinged together and adapted to fir against the inner sides of the door frame, a lower door section secured with double hinges to the aforesaid sections and adapted to swing inwardly and outwardly in the door frame, locking members on the ends of the lower section adapted to interlock with the door frame, and means for lifting said door clear of the car door opening.
3. In a grain door, the combination with the door opening of a car, of hinged sections adapted to close the door opening, pulleys secured to the car roof, chains connected to the middle door section and extending over said pulleys, and means for holding said chains to hold the folded door sections above the car door openings.
