Description: Malcolm John Cameron, Archibald William Cameron and Worley Clifford Trimble, each an assignee of one-third of the interest, all of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, 24th July, 1928. Filed 12th August, 1927. Serial No. 328,207.

Claim.—2. A non-glare attachment for the windshield of an automobile comprising a roller, a coloured non-glare sheet adapted to travel on -the roller, a retaining spring connected to one end of the sheet and detachably engaging means on the other end of the sheet whereby on the sheet being drawn to a vertical operative position across the windshield it is retained by the engaging means, and
whereby on the engaging means being released the sheet automatically assumes a horizontal position under the influence of the spring.

3. A non-glare attachment for windshields, comprising a sheet of coloured transparent material, reinforcing strips on the ends of the sheet, a roller ion the windshield frame for the sheet, spring anchoring means for automatically retaining the sheet in a horizontal position, engaging means on the other end of the sheet and means associated with the automobile for engaging therewith, whereby the sheet is retained in a vertical position and on being released automatically assumes a horizontal position.

4. In a non-glare attachment for automobile windshields, a roller on the windshield, a spring retained sheet of non-glare material adapted to travel over said roller, engaging means carried by the sheet designed to retain the sheet in an operative vertical position, and on the sheet being released to automatically assume a horizontal position to engage with the roller to limit the travel of the sheet thereon.
