Description:
Having regard to the foregoing disclosure the patent of which this specification forms part confers, subject to the conditions prescribed in the Patent Act, 1935, the exclusive right, privilege and liberty of making, constructing, using and vending to others to be used, the invention as defined in claims by the patentee as follows:-

1. A game comprising a game board, movable markers to be positioned on the game board, said game board being marked
to provide n general track over which the markers are moved, said track being divided into a plurality of spaces upon which said markers may be brought to rest, said spaces bearing indicia including indicia concerning market transactions to be made, a plurality of sets of cards corresponding with said indicia, each card of each set bearing instructions to be followed, certain of said instructions concerning market transactions, a market board to indicate prevailing prices of the market transactions and shiftable means on the board, shifted in accordance with instructions on said cards, for varying the market prices.

2. A game comprising a game board, movable markers to be positioned on the game board, said game board being marked to provide a general track over which the markers are moved, said track being divided into a plurality of spaces upon which said markers may be brought to rest, said spaces bearing indicia including indicia concerning stock market, grain market, race track and general instructions, a plurality of sets of cards, each set corresponding with the indicia of a number of spaces on the track, each Bet bearing varying instructions to be followed, one of said sots corresponding with the indicia concerning the stock market, a second set corresponding with the indicia concerning the grain market and a third set corresponding with the indicia concerning general instructions, stock market end grain market boards each associated respectively with the first and second sets of cards and both associated with the third set of cards, and shiftable means on said boards shifted in accordance with instructions on said third set of associated cards for varying the market prices.

3. In a game including a game board marked to provide a general track over which markers are moved and divided into spaces bearing indicia on to which markers are brought to rest, the combination of a set of cards corresponding With the indicia on certain of said spaces and bearing instructions to be followed, a market board to indicate the prevailing prices of market transactions, and shiftable means on the board shifted in accordance with instructions on said cards for varying the market prices.

4. In a game including a game board bearing indicia as to market transactions. a market board marked to provide columns, said columns being divided into a plurality of corresponding spaces, said spaces in each column being in alignment with a series of corresponding spaces in the other columns, one series of aligned spaces being provided with symbols of a standard value, the remaining spaces in each column, disposed above and below said series having standard values, being provided with symbols of gradually increasing and decreasing value respectively, a shiftable member disposed to slide on the board, said shiftable member having columns corresponding with the columns on the board, the columns on said shiftable member bearing indicia, said shiftable member being slidable to single out selected aligned spaces across the columns and the symbols therein contained.
