- C L A I M S -

The embodiments of the invention in which an exclusive property or privilege is claimed are defined as follows:

1. A shoe tree as described, comprising a bowed springable member with one front arm for fitment into the toe of a shoe or boot, and its back support arm for fitment into the heel thereof, a lever swivelling relatively with the said back support arm, teeth on said lever for adjustable engagement with said front arm, and a stop on said front arm to limit the downward movement of the lever.

2. In a shoe tree of the expandably bowed type for stretchable insertion in footwear, a lever swivelly attached to a rear arm of said tree, and also adjustably engageable, by means of disengageable teeth, with the front arm of said tree, a stop on said front arm to limit the downward movement of said lever, toe fitting forms of various sizes to clip on to the toe fitting form forming part of the shoe tree, and holes in said rear arm for screw attachment of the tree to an upright rigid support.

3. A shoe tree comprising a springable bowed member, a forwardly curved front arm of said bowed member to fit into the toe of a shoe and having a toe form thereon, a straight rear arm of said bowed member with means to hang up on to a rigid support, a curved end portion of said rear arm to fit into the heel end of a shoe, a handled lever to adjust the spread of the springable bowed member and its fore and rear arms, teeth on said lever for engagement with the said front arm to adjust the tree for different sizes of shoes, a stop on said front arm for said lever, and an accessory tee farm with clips to attach to said fixed toe form.
