1. In a garbage loading device, a vehicle adapted to receive and contain such garbage, a pair of booms attached pivotally at their inner ends to the vehicle and projecting laterally with respect to the vehicle with their outer ends on opposite sides of the vehicle, a garbage collecting bucket attached rotatably to the outer ends of each boom and means reactable between the vehicle and the boom to move the boom and elevate the garbage collecting bucket from a lower garbage collecting position to a raised position and means for rotating the bucket in the raised position to discharge garbage therefrom into the vehicle.

2. In a garbage loading device, a vehicle adapted to receive garbage at the front end thereof and to contain such garbage, a pair of booms each attached pivotally at its inner end to the vehicle and projecting laterally with respect to the vehicle with its outer end on one side of the vehicle, a garbage collecting bucket attached rotatably at one side to the outer end of each boom, means readable between the vehicle and a boom to move the boom and elevate the garbage collecting bucket from a lower garbage collecting position to a raised position and means for rotating the bucket in the raised position to discharge the garbage therefrom into the vehicle.

In a garbage loading device, a vehicle adapted to receive and contain garbage, a pair of booms attached pivotally at their inner ends to the vehicle and projecting laterally with respect to the vehicle with their outer ends on opposite sides of the vehicle, a garbage collecting bucket attached rotatably to the outer end of each boom, means readable between the vehicle and each boom to move the boom and elevate the garbage collecting bucket from a lower garbage collecting position to a raised position, a pulley fixed to the bucket, an actuating cable fixed at one end to the vehicle, wound on the pulley and fixed at its opposite end through a tension spring to the boom whereby the bucket is rotated in the raised position to discharge the garbage therefrom into the vehicle.

6. In a garbage loading device, a vehicle adapted to receive and contain garbage, a pair of booms attached pivotally at their inner ends to the vehicle and projecting laterally with respect to the vehicle with their outer ends on opposite sides of the vehicle, a garbage collecting bucket attached rotatably to the outer end of each boom, means readable between the vehicle and each boom to move the boom and elevate the garbage collecting bucket from a lower garbage collecting position to a raised position, channels on the vehicle, rollers adapted to operate in the channels, an arm connected pivotally to each roller at one end and connected pivotally at its opposite end to one of the booms, second arms each connected pivotally at one end to a roller and connected pivotally at its opposite end to a bucket whereby the bucket will be rotated automatically in the raised position to discharge garbage therefrom into the vehicle.
