Description: The embodiments of the invention in which an ex. elusive property or privilege is claimed are defined as follows:

A root picker comprising a frame bar adapted to be mounted on a tractor, and a series of closely spaced teeth mounted on the frame bar, each of said teeth embodying an assembly of a main tooth and an intermediate reinforcement member and an outer brace member, said tooth and reinforcement and brace member being of flat steel spring pointed at the lower ends, a band intermediately reinforcing the assembly, and a rivet or like means passing through and securing the band and assembly together.
