4 Claims.

1. A theft indicating device for automotive vehicles comprising a circuit interrupter, a relay, and an alarm mechanism; an electrical connection from the generator of the said vehicle through the said circuit interrupter and the contacts on the said relay to the said alarm mechanism; an electrical connection from the ignition system of the said vehicle to the winding of the said relay.

2. A theft indicating device for automotive vehicles as described in claim 1 wherein the electrical connection from the ignition system of the said vehicle to the said relay is controlled by the ignition switch on the said vehicle and is in operation only when the said ignition switch is in the normally on position.

3. A theft indicating device for automotive vehicles as described in claim 1, wherein the said relay has a plurality of normally closed contacts adapted to be opened upon energization of the relay.

4. In combination with an automotive vehicle an electrical circuit energized by the generator of such vehicle; a relay controlled by the ignition switch of the said vehicle to break the said electrical circuit on closure of the said ignition switch; an alarm unit operatively connected to the said electrical circuit.
