  • ALEX FLEMMING RESIDENCE
    Alex Flemming joined the North West Mounted Police in 1881 and was initially posted to Fort Walsh.
  • ARLINGTON HOTEL
    The Arlington Hotel was erected in 1899 by Thomas P. Ellis on the site of the former Queen's Hotel, and remained under continuous family ownership until 1969.
  • DR. MAHOOD HOUSE
    This house was built in 1915 for C. Stanley Mahood.
  • HOLGATE RESIDENCE
    Bidwell Holgate is remembered as the quieter partner in Magrath-Holgate & Co. Ltd. He was born in Ontario in 1877, came to Edmonton in 1908, and bought out J.H. Hart, Magrath’s original partner, in 1909.

    G. Hugh Murrin, a building products manufacturer originally from Philadelphia, built this home in 1912.
