  • HUTCHINGS AND SHARP BUILDING
    Originally known as the Hutchinson Block, the Hutchings and Sharp building was erected by Thomas Hutchinson in 1911.

    George Jacques was Calgary’s first jeweler and watchmaker.

    Little is left today which would indicate that Jasper Avenue East was once as developed on the south side as the north.
