Melton Real Estate, founded as Stanley Investment Co. by Louis Timothy Melton in 1925, became one of the largest real estate companies in Edmonton in the 1950s, when it was headed by son Stan Melton. After Stan Melton's death in 1973, the company was sold to A.E. LePage.
