Arrowsmith Coulee

Named for George Arrowsmith (b.Hereford, England 1865-d. Turin, Alberta, 1935) who was a homesteader, rancher and a member of the North West Mounted Police. Arrowsmith spent five years in the force, leaving to become manager of the Cameron Ranch until he homesteaded his own quarter section with his wife. In addition to this, they leased land for their own ranching activities. Arrowsmith served as postmaster of Turin from 1920 until his death.

Flows east into Little Bow River, approximately 30 km north-east of Lethbridge.
