About this volunteer:
Candace is one of our outstanding volunteers. She has been a Big Sisters for four years, is committed, compassionate, and a fantastic role model. Candace is not only a Big Sister, she is also a devoted mother and wife, and runs her own business. On several occasions Candace has spoken on behalf of the Youth Center and Big Brothers Big Sisters at community events. Candace has also been featured on the United Way campaign video, and has been presented with volunteer of the year award. We are very proud of Candace and continue to enjoy her bright smile and upbeat personality.

About this volunteer:
Brianne was only with us for one year before she entered college. During this time she was involved with In-School Mentoring as well as Rainbows. She always had a friendly smile and a caring ear, was a fantastic role model and great with both kids and adults. Even though she worked hard she always had time to volunteer not only in the Rainbows and Mentoring programs, she helped out with fundraisers, celebrations and our Torch Club. Thank you Brianne, we miss you!

About this volunteer:
We are very proud of Jessika. She has been a junior leader for four years helping supervise the younger children, volunteers at AADAC and started her own Youth Against Smoking campaign. Jessika has been both Vice president and Secretary for the Keystone Club, is the Regional Co-chair Representative for the the regional youth council, and was awarded the Nicole Blumhagen award. Jessika was always willing to lend a hand to help with programing, fundraising, or anything else that needed done. She is a hard worker, good student, and we know that she will succeed at anything she puts her mind to. Jessika is now working on her post-secondary education. Good Luck Jess!
