Granta
Category : Railway Station | |
The name for this Canadian Pacific Railway station, established in 1913, was suggested by two Cambridge graduates who lived in the area, Van Shaik and Fairburn. They chose the name of a stream which flowed through Cambridge known by the old Saxon name, Granta. The watercourse is now called Cam. |
