Bald Mountain Creek

Category : Creek

Named some time before 1960, although its origin is not precisely known, it might refer to a time when forest fires had burnt the trees off the top of the mountain, rendering it bald. The vegetation has regrown, so the name is no longer descriptive.

Flows north-east into Big Mountain Creek approximately 27 km south south-east of Grande Prairie.
