Bridle Bit Creek

Officially approved in 1991 after field research was conducted, Bridle Bit Creek and Bridle Bit Basin were named after the Brand "A" bridle that was used by Bob Frakes, who homesteaded in the vicinity of these features. Some long-time residents of the area refer to the basin as Willow Flats. (see also Frakes Flat)

Flows south into Spring Creek approximately 72 km south-east of Grande Prairie.
