Description: Stephen Snow Sears and John O. Jones, co-inventors, both of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, 19th March, 1929. Filed 12th September, 1928. Serial No. 341,232.

Claim.—1. As a weed killer, a composition comprising sodium chlorate, calcium chloride and potassium bi-chromate in aqueous solution.

2. As a weed killer, a composition comprising in substantially the proportions named. 29 pounds sodium chlorate. 18 pounds calcium chloride, 52 pounds of water, and one pound potassium bi-chromate.
