Description: The embodiments of the invention in which an exclusive property or privilege is claimed are defined as follows:

1. In a gardening vehicle a manually operable wheeled framework having a caster wheel at the rear thereof and adapted to support a refuse container thereon, a hose reel mounted rotatably horizontally on the said framework, a sprocket wheel fixed to one of the wheels other than the said caster wheel of the said framework, a second sprocket wheel mounted, freely on the axle of the said hose reel, a sprocket chain interconnecting the said sprocket wheels and means for selectively interconnecting the said second sprocket wheel with the axle of the said hose reel whereby movement of the cart will rotate the said hose reel.
