Claims:-

1. The method of preparing a food mixture in the form of prepared yeast, for baking purposes, consisting of thoroughly mixing in the proper proportions and order stated herein the following, potato, white flour, sugar, yeast or my prepared yeast, potato flour, potato water, lukewarm water and cold water, and by reducing the ingredients to a semi-liquid form for fermentation, and adding 1ngredient~ to bring to a solid batter for drying, and finally rolling and sifting until in the form of a fine dry flour yeast, substantially as described.

2. The method of preparing a food mixture in the form of prepared hop yeast, for baking purposes, consisting of thoroughly mixing in the proper proportions and order stated Herein tile following, potato, white flour, sugar, yeast or my prepared yeast, potato flour, potato water, lukewarm water and cold water, and by reducing the ingredients to a semi-liquid form for fermentation, and adding ingredients to bring to a solid batter for drying, and finally rolling and Sifting until in the form of a fine dry flour yeast, substantially as described.

The method of preparing a food mixture in the form of prepared ironized yeast, for baking purposes, consisting of thoroughly mixing in the proper proportions and order stated herein the following, potato, white flour, sugar, yeast or my prepared yeast, potato flour, potato water, lukewarm water and cold water, and by reducing the ingredients to a semi-liquid form for fermentation, and add1ng ingredients to bring to a solid batter for drying, and finally rolling and sifting until in the form of a fine dry flour yeast, substantially as described.

4. The method of preparing the herein described composition at matter for prepared yeast flour, consisting of white flour, prepared dry yeast, powdered sugar, salt, malt flour, baking soda, and powdered milk, combining and thoroughly mixing together these ingredients in the proportions stated, and sifting thoroughly until in the form of a fine yeast flour.
