Claim.—1. In a honey uncapping device a handle section, a framework attached to one end of the said handle, a cylindrical heating element held by the said framework. a toothed roller rotatably mounted on the said heating element, electrical means of heating the said heating element.

2. In a honey uncapping device a handle section, a framework attached to one end of the said handle, a cylindrical steam chamber attached to the paid frame, suitable steam pipes leading to the said steam chamber, a toothed roller rotatably mounted on the said steam chamber.

3. In a honey uncapping device a handle section, a framework attached to one end of the said handle section, a heating element attached to the said framework and a toothed roller rotatably mounted on the said heating element.
