Description: Frederick Angel and Leon D. Blais, co-inventors, both of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, 8th March, 1921; 6 years. Filed 14th July, 1919. Receipt No. 312,512.

Claim.—1. A knife cleaner comprising a pair of blocks hingedly connected and capable of being bodily separated and held in parallelism, facing strips of soft material secured to the adjacent faces of the blocks, and stop member on the blocks.

2. A knife cleaner of the class described, comprising a pair of blocks, rods having offset ends pivotally connected to the lateral faces of the blocks, whereby the blocks are boldly separable and held In parallelism, and a felt strip on the adjacent faces of the blocks.
