(2) In a heating system, a combined heating and humidifying radiator containing water and provided in its upper portion with an outlet for the escape of vapor, a heating pipe passing through the water of the radiator and means for supplying a heating medium to the pipe.

(3) In a heating system, a combined heating and humidifying radiator containing water at atmospheric pressure and having openings in the top thereof and a heating pipe passing through the water in the radiator and means for supplying a heating medium to the pipe.

(4) In a heating system, a radiator containing water, said radiator having a perforated or otherwise open top, a heating pipe entering the water of the radiator and having no communication with the same, a heater, a supply pipe connecting the heater with the heating pipe, a return pipe connecting the supply pipe with the lowest portion of the heater and a drain cock in the lowest portion of the return pipe.

(5) In a heating system, a heater, a supply pipe connected with, the upper portion of the heater, a radiator connected with the supply pipe, a return pipe connected with the supply pipe and with the lowest portion of the heater, valves located in the supply and return pipes near the heater, a drain cock in the lowest portion of the return pipe beyond the valve and a service pipe connected with the return pipe and provided in its length with a valve, the parts being disposed to admit of filling or draining the system.

(6) In a heating system, a radiator, a. heating pipe disposed within the radiator, and a valved pipe located within the radiator and threaded into a side of the heating pipe and providing means whereby the radiator may be filled or drained.

(7) A combined heating and humidifying radiator containing non-circulating water and having the top of the radiator perforated or otherwise open to atmosphere and a heating pipe extending through the water of the radiator and non-communicating therewith.

(8) A combined heating and humidifying radiator containing non-circulating water and having the top of the radiator perforated or otherwise open to atmosphere and a heating pipe extending lengthwise of the radiator and through the water in the lower part thereof.

(9) A combined heating and humidifying water containing radiator comprising a body having its walls corrugated or fluted to provide an extended heating surface and having a perforated top and fitted at the bottom with a lengthwise extending internal heating pipe passing through the water and non-communicating therewith.
