Claim.-—A funnel comprising a frusto-conical casing, an outwardly directed flange at its lower end, a disc fitted to said flange, said disc having a central opening and a small side opening, a concave plate, said plate having its outer peripheral edge bent inwardly over peripheral edges of said disc and said flange, said plate having an opening in its lower end, a flange extending downwardly from lower end of said plate, a collar fitted into connection with last said flange, a tube connected at its lower end to said small opening and its upper end extending to the top of said frusto-conical casing, a tube centrally positioned inside said collar and having its upper end connected to the under side of said disc at said central opening, a plunger rod disposed centrally of said casing and last said tube, a valve plug on said plunger rod and operative with the lower end of said tube, the upper end of said plunger rod operative through an opening in a strap handle over top of said frusto-conical casing, a means for tensioning said plunger rod upwardly and a means for retaining said plunger rod in a downwardly extended position.
