Claim.—1. In a honey uncapping device, a base section, a heating element attached to the said base section, a toothed hollow cylinder rotatably mounted on the said heating element, mechanical means of rotating the said toothed hollow cylinder.

2. In a honey uncapping device, a base section, a cylindrical steam chamber attached to the said base section, a toothed hollow cylinder rotatably mounted on the said steam chamber, mechanical means of rotating the said toothed hollow cylinder, suitable steam pipes leading to the said steam chamber.

3. In a honey uncapping device, a base section, a heating element attached to the said base section, a toothed hollow cylinder rotatably mounted on the said heating element, mechanical means of rotating the said toothed hollow cylinder, a feeder channel mounted on the said base section on a line tangent to the circumference of the said toothed hollow cylinder, a return channel mounted on the said base section parallel to the said feeder channel and tangent to the said toothed hollow cylinder at a point opposite to the point of tangency of the said feeder channel, a carriage movably mounted on the said base section on the side of the toothed cylinder remote from the said feeder channel and return channel, means of moving the said carriage alternatively from a position in line with the said feeder channel to a position in line with the said return channel.

In a honey uncapping device, a base section, a cylindrical steam chamber attached to the said base section, a toothed hollow cylinder rotatably mounted on the said steam chamber, mechanical means of rotating the said toothed hollow cylinder, suitable steam pipes leading to the said steam chamber, a feeder channel mounted on the said base section on a line tangent to the circumference of the said toothed hollow cylinder, a return channel mounted on the said base section parallel to the said feeder channel and tangent to the said toothed hollow cylinder at a point opposite to the point of tangency of the said feeder channel, a carriage movably mounted on the said base section on the side of the toothed cylinder remote from the said feeder channel and return channel, means of moving the said carriage alternatively from a position in line with the said feeder channel to a position to line with the said return channel.
