Claim.—1. Track rails, a frame having oppositely inclined end rails extending between the webs of said track rails, side rails on said frame detachably connected with said flanges having their side edges engaged with the heads and bases of the track rails, treads mount to turn in the side rails of the frame expending beneath the heads of said traek rails, and other treads in said frame supported by the bases of the track rails.

2. Track rails, a frame having its side rails resting upon the bases of said track frame having spaced recesses in their upper edge, rollers within said frame, trunnions adjustably mounted in the ends of said rollers extending beneath the heads of said track rails through said recesses, spur wheels adjustably mounted on said rollers, and bars supported by the bases of the track rail having spurs thereon.

3. A cattle guard for railway tracks, comprising a rectangular frame having its side members adapted to be supported between the head and bases of the rails, crossbars extending across the frame and having their ends secured to the side members and adapted to rest on the bases of the rails, spurs carried by the upper faces of said bars, said side members having spaced notches therein, rollers having openings in their ends, trunnions detachably and adjustably held in said openings and engaging the notches, and wheels adjustably mounted on the rollers and spurs on said wheels.
