Description: Having thus described my invention, what I claim and desire to secure by letters patent, is:

The combination with uprights and a supporting frame, of a revolubly mounted shaft, therein carrying a pressure wheel with a convex periphery, a square shaft pivotally mounted upon one end upright, and having a pressure wheel with a concave periphery revolubly mounted thereon, a handle to give motion to the said wheel, and a pressure bolt, and hand wheel co-acting with the shaft of the said concave pressure wheel to regulate the amount of pressure imparted to the two pressure wheels, all substantially as described.
