Windshield Protector (Patent No: 357516)

Description:
What I do claim as my invention, and desire to secure by letters patent, is-

1. A windshield or window protector for motive vehicles of the type described comprising a meshed wire screen, a peripheral frame, pivotally attached compressible suction or vacuum cups for hingedly supporting said protector on a wind-shield or window, compressible suction or vacuum cups for detachably supporting said protector on a wind-shield or window, means for securing said protector when in lowered position on the engine cover of a motive vehicle, and additional suction or vacuum cups for steadying the said protector against the said windshield or window.

2. A wind-shield protector for motive vehicles mounted on the outer face of a wind-shield combining wire screening, an enclosing framework, compressible suction or vacuum cups both for hingedly supporting the said protector and for securing it in place, and means for anchoring the said protector when in a lowered position on the engine cover, all as described in the specification and illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
