Claim.—1. A railway switch having a pivoted switch point and a resilient cushion between the switch point and the track.

2. A railway switch having a pivoted switch point and a resilient rubber cushion between the switch point and the track.

3. A railway switch having a pivoted switch point and a resilient cushion between the switch point and the track, said cushion being at some distance from the pivoting point of the switch and being adapted to be changed from one side of the switch point to the other.
