Claim.—1. A dehorning tool of the character described comprising a pair of plates formed with semi-circular cutting edges and pivotally connected to one another, operating handles fixedly secured to said plates whereby inclosed position the cutting edges form a complete circle and whereby on said handles being swung outwardly the cutting edges form scoops to remove the horns.
2. A device of the character described comprising a pair of semi-circular plates pivotally connected at their lower ends and provided with suitable handling means to open and close said plates.
3. In a device of the character described, a dehorning tool comprising a pair of suitably formed and pivotally connected plates provided with cutting edges and adapted in closed position to form a circular cutting blade and in open position to contact with the object to be cut, handle means for operating said plates to open and close them.
