Description: Frederick Bechdholt, Cassils, Alberta, Canada, 9th June, 1925. Filed 19th November, 1924. Serial No. 297,008.

Claim.—1. In combination with a bottle, oppositely disposed lugs mounted upon the neck thereof, said lugs being drilled, a hollow cap to enclose said lugs, the said cap being drilled through one side thereof and slotted interiorly on the other side, and a split pin with one leg shorter than the other adapted to pass through the said holes in the cap and lugs, and engage within the slot on the opposite side of the cap.

2. In combination with a bottle with lugs oppositely disposed on the neck thereof, which lugs have holes there-through, a cap member made to enclose the neck and fit over the said lugs, a hole through one side of the cap registering with the holes through the said lugs and a slot interiorly of the cap on the side opposite to the hole, a split pin adapted to pass through the hole in the cap and the holes in the lugs and engage within the slot in the opposite side of the cap, one leg of the said pin being shorter than the other to engage interiorly the lug adjacent the hole in the cap when the pin has passed through the two lugs and is in engagement within the slot in the cap.
