Description: Frederick Bechdholt, Cassells, Alberta, Canada, 25th August, 1925. Filed 31st October, 1924. Serial No. 296,418.

Claim.—1. In a plough of the character described, a frame, a swingingly mounted standard on said frame, an arm on said standard and a plough bottom carried by said standard.

10. In a plough of the character described, a frame, an L-shaped plate slidably supported on the frame, a plough standard swingingly supported on the frame, an arm for said standard, and a slot formed in the plate adapted to engage with said arm whereby, on the plate being moved, the standard is swung, means for retaining the standard in position when swung and means for operating the plate.

11. The device as claimed in claim 10 in which the means for retaining the standard in position when swung comprises a supporting plate rigidly mounted on the frame, bolts through said plate screw-nuts on said bolts, and slots in the slidable plate adapted to engage with said bolts.
